Capacity selection:

You should always be guided by the documentation and the status found in device. The important information is that you can always increase the capacity ( max by 20%) compared to the damaged one. Too much capacity causes a decrease engine speed and power (actually a drop in torque rotational). Too small capacity means that the engine may have problems with start-up.

Symptoms of capacitor damage:

• optical inspection - external melting in the form of gray "lava" ++
• auditory inspection - the engine does not work and roars ++
• electrical measurement with a meter

++ the methods described above usually determine the damage capacitor, but this may not be the only fault in the system drive.
