Delivery and order fulfilment

Delivery of ordered products is carried out exclusively by post.

Shipments are handled by the following courier companies: InPost, DPD, UPS and DHL.

If door-to-door courier delivery is selected, the Seller reserves the right to change the carrier without the need to obtain the Buyer’s consent, based on delivery speed, service availability and the security of the shipment. A change of carrier does not affect the delivery cost borne by the Buyer.

Delivery times

Orders placed by 13:00 are usually dispatched on the same day or the next working day, provided the product is in stock and does not require custom production.

Standard lead times for made-to-order products:

  • Pigtails — up to 10 items: usually 1 working day; over this quantity: usually 2–3 working days.
  • Antenna cables — up to 3 pieces: usually 1 working day; more than this quantity: usually 2–3 working days.
  • 0.5" and thicker feeders — lead time up to 5 working days.
  • Larger orders, ranging from several dozen to several hundred items, are processed according to current production capacity, component availability and the order in which orders are received.

The delivery times given are approximate, unless otherwise expressly stated in the offer, alongside the product or in an individual order confirmation.

For made-to-order products, the lead time may depend in particular on the availability of components, production workload, the order in which orders are received, and events beyond the Seller’s control.

Exceptions to standard delivery times

The delivery time is determined on a case-by-case basis, in particular for:

  • custom-made antenna cables, pigtails and test leads,
  • products manufactured to the Buyer’s specifications,
  • products ordered in quantities exceeding component availability,
  • non-standard or multi-batch orders.

Receipt of the consignment

The Buyer should check the condition of the consignment immediately upon delivery.

If the packaging is found to be damaged, the security seal broken or the goods visibly damaged, the Buyer should:

  • draw up a damage report with the carrier,
  • take photographs of the packaging, security seals and the damaged goods,
  • report the damage to the Seller without undue delay.

Transport damage

Pursuant to Article 548(1) of the Civil Code, upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the benefits and burdens associated with the goods, as well as the risk of their accidental loss or damage, pass to the Buyer, subject to the mandatory provisions of consumer law.

In transactions not covered by specific consumer protection, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the consignment immediately and take the necessary steps to establish the carrier’s liability.

The absence of a damage report, photographic evidence or a prompt notification of damage may hinder or prevent the effective pursuit of claims against the carrier.

Uncollected parcels

  • The cost of returning an uncollected parcel shall be borne by the Buyer.
  • The cost of resending the parcel shall be borne by the Buyer, regardless of whether the initial shipment was at the Seller’s expense.
  • An uncollected parcel containing products excluded from the right of withdrawal remains the property of the Buyer.
  • The Buyer is obliged to collect the parcel or arrange for it to be re-dispatched at their own expense.

Returns

The Seller does not accept:

  • cash-on-delivery parcels,
  • returns sent to parcel lockers or other parcel machines,
  • parcels notified by Poczta Polska,
  • parcels sent without prior agreement on the method of return.

Any deviation from the above rules requires prior, explicit agreement with the Seller in writing or by email.
