The MKP X1 Y2 100nF/2x 2.7nF 250VAC anti-interference polypropylene capacitor is designed for installation as an anti-interference element in circuits with motors and other commutating devices, including LED lighting.
If your vacuum cleaner, coffee grinder or other device causes crackling in the radio, it indicates that this type of element has been damaged in the device or it is not there (in older devices or removed during an earlier unfortunate repair).
