For production, we use modern machinery and semi-automatics for cable processing, assembly of RF connectors, cable assembly, finishing materials, and connector crimping. This allows us to manufacture connectors ranging from as small as 0.81mm (0.032 inches) up to 14mm (0.5 inches) waveguides in diameter.
The manufactured cables undergo a basic quality test. However, if there is a need to obtain a detailed metric with parameters for each cable or batch of wires, there is an option to order such a service for an additional fee.
