INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can send a statement for example:

An exemplary model withdrawal form is included in Annex 2 to the Act on Consumer Rights and additionally constitutes an annex to the Regulations of the Online Store. You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the item (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund of the payment until we have received the item or until you provide us with proof that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.
If you have received the purchased item, please send it back or give it to us at the following address: Nowy Kisielin - Leśna 28, 66-002 Zielona Góra, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the item resulting from the use of it in a manner other than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
The provisions concerning the consumer contained in that communication apply from 1 January 2021 and, for contracts concluded from that date, also to the buyer who is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his business activity, when it is clear from the content of that contract that it does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of his business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS BY B2B CUSTOMERS
A refund is only possible after it has been agreed. This is not a buyer's right, but a possible option.
Returns are accepted only for catalog products no later than 7 days from receipt of the goods.
The following products are excluded from returns:
- Pigtails
- products for the individual order of the buyer,
- products made or processed to the individual order of the buyer,
- products purchased in an amount of more than 50 pieces,
- connectors in OEM package more than 20 pieces.

** please notify the parcel on the day of handing it over to the courier. - After positive verification of the condition of the returned goods, we issue a voucher for its equivalent to be used in the store, which you pay during subsequent purchases for the goods. It can be used partially.
- After using the voucher, we issue a correction for the returned goods (minus the cost of delivery if it was made at our expense during delivery to the customer) and an invoice for the delivery cost appropriate for a given carrier.
