Scope of data

The shop may process: first name and surname, company name, delivery address, billing address, email address, telephone number, VAT number, order details and payment history.

Purposes and legal basis for processing

  • conclusion and performance of the sales contract – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
  • issuing accounting documents and tax obligations – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
  • handling complaints, returns and pursuing claims – Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR,
  • technical and organisational contact regarding the order – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
  • occasional technical communications regarding security, functional changes or important information related to the order – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Recipients of the data

Data may only be transferred to entities supporting the fulfilment of the order: payment operators, courier companies, hosting and IT providers, the accounting office, and entities providing legal or technical support.

Retention period

Data relating to the contract and accounting records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law. Data relating to the pursuit or defence of claims may be retained until the claims become time-barred.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to, and transfer data – to the extent provided for by the GDPR – as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Profiling and newsletter

The shop does not run a marketing newsletter and does not use customer data for marketing profiling. The product search engine does not favour specific products.
