FAKRA SMB female connector for RG316 CODE-B cable, angled.

Coaxial high frequency connector SMB is additionally equipped with a plastic cover, which polarizes (encodes) the connector according to the industry standard FAKRA.

The FAKRA standard was created mainly for the needs of the automotive industry technologies used: RF signals GPS, GSM, radio (AM, FM, DAB) which does not limit the use of connectors in other applications.

The FAKRA standard provides for one neutral key - UNIVERSAL Z - Navy blue , which can be replaced encoding:
A - Black, B - Cream, C - Navy blue, D - Violet, E - Leaf green, F - Brown, G - Gray, H - Pink I - Beige, K - Curry, L - Carmine, M - Orange, N - Green
