Capacity selection:

You should always be guided by the documentation and the status found in device. Important information - that you can always increase the capacity ( max by 20%) compared to the damaged one. Too much capacity causes decrease in engine speed and power (actually decrease in torque). Too small capacity will cause the engine may have trouble starting.

Symptoms of capacitor damage:

• optical inspection - external melting in the pot gray "lava" ++
• auditory inspection - the engine does not work and roars ++
• electrical measurement with a meter

++ the methods described above usually determine capacitor failure, but this may not be the only fault in the system driving
